Are you a student looking for an apartment near Wash U? Finding off campus housing can certainly be a difficult process – from finding the right roommates to the perfect location, there is a lot of information to sift. But the goal is clear: the perfect apartment near Wash U.

By now, the main apartment rush is over and all of the apartments on Wash Ave and Kingsbury are filled up. But don’t worry, it’s not too late!

Here are some great resources I found in my searching:

Movingoffcampus.com

This was one was my personal favorite because it sorts everything by distance from campus (or a desire location) and it shows all of the bars and restaurants in a given area. There are also the school resources (apartment referral services and Quadrangle) as well as craigslist and apartments.com which are both great but a bit messy. Rent.com is good because they pay you $100 but doesn’t provide as much information as the first..
